It’s easy to get involved with MSL. We can connect you with the MSL delegation on your campus or help you start a delegation if there isn’t one.
Current schools
If your school has a current MSL delegation (chapter), contact the Delegation Chairperson (DCP) or faculty advisor. If you don’t know who that is, shoot us a note through the contact form on this site and we will connect you with them. Your DCP will register all students from your school as a group. Make sure you connect with the DCP before the universal deadline for the event you wish to attend.
New schools
If your school does not have an MSL delegation (chapter), you can still attend! New schools attend their first paid event for free and you do not need to organize a club before attending an event. We happy to have new students join, see what MSL is like, and help you through every step of organizing a delegation if you want to continue in the program. Contact us through the link below .

At these events, students meet their colleagues, learn about the Maryland General Assembly and the basics of parliamentary procedure, and hear from interesting and career-relevant speakers.
fall legislative session
$40
At this two-day event, students from across the state gather on a member campus to debate original legislation in a simulation of the General Assembly and hear from a keynote speaker.
annual legislative session
$50
At our flagship two-day event, held in the House and Senate Chambers of the historic State House in Annapolis, students debate legislation, hear from high-profile speakers, and enjoy our annual Gala in downtown Annapolis.
