Students will learn the basics of parliamentary procedure, debate, and bill writing, engage in a mock debate, and elect caucus leaders for the year. We will also give a brief overview of MSL’s program for new students and discuss this year’s calendar of events, as well as how our schedule has changed as a result of COVID-19.
